Returns & Refunds
If an item arrives with you in an unsatisfactory condition or you would simply like to change the item please return it to us within 14 days after receiving. We will either offer a full refund or arrange for a replacement (if available) to be dispatched. We are not able to contribute to the cost of repacking items for return.
Returns can be made only when items are returned to us in first class condition and in original, undamaged packaging. In case of clothing; we need to receive the item unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached to the garment.
If a returned product is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
When returning an item from outside of the EU; please complete the Customs Declaration with the words: Faulty Goods - Return to Sender. Please mark the item as 'Zero' value.
Any carriage charges can only be refunded by us on incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your return. We will notify you by email.
