A high quality solution to help decals attach to smooth surfaces. Use direct from the bottle, dries in a few minutes. Mig advises to prepare the surface with a previously applied gloss coat. Once this is done simply brush this solution onto the prepared area and place the decal into position. Once dry Mig recommends to brush the decal with a layer of Ultra Decal Set and Glossy Lucky Varnish
